What gaming laptop should I purchase?

Hi Guys,

I currently have an Alienware m15x (2010), it's about time I update haha.

So I'm stuck between Razer Blade Pro, Alienware 15, Acer Predator 15 and Asus ROG.

I'll be using the laptop for uni, work, and mostly gaming so something that's powerful yet light(ish)

You guys can suggest me any laptop you think is a better option.

Well the Alienware has one advantage over the other ones being that it has the Graphics Amplifier. So in terms of gaming your laptop would live a bit longer. The Blade Pro is a bit overpriced for what it offers. The Acer and Asus aren't too shabby, but it is hard to beat the option to have an external gpu. But you would have to be onboard with having that and if you want to game while traveling with the eGPU you would have to take the amplifier with you.
