What is a fair price for a used UN48JS9000?

I am purchasing a used UN48JS9000 from Facebook, and I offered $425.00, is that a fair offer.....assuming tv is in good working condition? Please help, there is nothing online to assist with determining value on used displays. Thank You

The TV list price was about $1600 US. Actually selling price would be lower. Since it's three years old your offer would represent a good deal for you. Make sure it has the original remote and stand too.

I appreciate the response,I didn't want to be unfair, her asking price was was $650.00, she just agreed to $425.00. With no warranty....the risk is all mine though. The 120hz panel caught my eye.
