What is the app used that uses a.contacts number but is actually another unwanted caller?

Unwanted caller harassment. Boyfriends ex is harassing me by using his number but in actuality it is her calling. This is crazy. I heard that this is an app.

The best you can do is to set your phone to reject calls from that number, sending a message saying how you feel about it. One word might start with, say, an F

She'll get your message as a text and she'll soon get fed up with it. Your boyfriend will have to know of course and told not ring you for a week.
