What is the best gaming driver for Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5650

As you can see Afterburner says my driver is 14.4

But i have 2010 CCC

And this is my dxdiag

Things dont feel right...

I want you guys to help me finding the best driver for gaming.

I Tried 11.11c but its bad for me becuse what it does is crashes many of my games and Cinema 4D's OpenGL...

(The 2010 driver is my Laptop manufacturer's installed in)

Since this is a laptop and manufacturers will often tweak drivers to stay within a given laptop's power and thermal designs, you should only use drivers from the laptop manufacturer (even if it is years old).
