What is the best way to do a factory reset on this Galileo Pro? Already wiped it

What is the best way to do a factory reset on this Galileo Pro? I have followed the many repeat instructions wherein the power and volume keys are used to reset but have not yet bypassed Google sign-in.

Please advise.
