What is the better laptop for gaming?

What is the better laptop out of these two? i will be using it mainly for college work like AutoCAD and microsoft office but i would also like to be able to play games like starcraft 2 andRome Total war 2.

Neither of them are gonna allow you to play all games.

However the Intel I5 has better gaming graphics. The above poster is wrong.

I would stay away from HP machines anyway. They are known for overheating issues.

Could you suggest a better laptop in the region of £300-500?

Im sorry, but you cant chose 2 low end laptops and ask which one is better for gaming. The truth is they are both terrible for gaming. Is one less terrible than the other? Minimally, yes. But if you expect to play modern games on either of those with playable FPS, you are gonna be disappointed to put it mildly. So my answer was neither, cause they are both terrible for gaming.

Based on that site, I wouldnt recommend anything in that price range. Would be perfectly fine for your school work but gaming, all garbage. Might want to look at a higher end used laptop or take that money and build a desktop.
