Solved! What is the command prompt to make my Asus computer boot up

Was trying to take my Asus computer back to factory settings because Windows 10 couldn't update in the process it kept telling to clear up disk space in C did that now I think I have removed something that makes the laptop load.Is there a command prompt that can be used because I can't get into any other part on my laptop.thanks

If you have deleted vital files used for recovery, no "command line" magic will help.

Request / download recovery media from the vendor of your laptop.

Sfc /scannow will recover/replace any necessary system files
