what is the possible way of finding out someone through facebook?

my facebook account is connected to my email and mobile phone number

can I disable the search in such a way that people with only my mobile number or email WON'T be able to find out me through Facebook?

In that case, how can I be found out? Is it the only way to search for me is to search with my name and profile picture?

On a desktop/laptop, go to this link (assuming you are already logged into FB): https/www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=privacy&privacy_source=privacy_lite

Change the settings to your liking. Searching via email or phone number can both be disabled.
