what is the smallest tablet/laptop hybrid available?

I just bought a new bag for school but i need a laptop for work plus a tablet would be great when on the train, the problem is my bag is rather small at Approx Dimensions : Height 21", Width 13", Depth 7,

i would preferably like a one that can flip backwards on itself to be the tablet but any other alternative is fine, the specs don't have to be high at all as it is only for work, possibly music and videos that's it.
