I don't trust Windows un-installer, as nobody should, so I use an external un-installing software to un-install my software and so far my favourite has been Revo Un-installer (free because I am cheap) but I was wondering if there are any other better picks? Which of this kind of software is your favourite and why? Thanks!

All that the Windows Uninstaller does is list what software is installed and activate the uninstaller already included with whatever piece of software you are wanting to uninstall. It doesn't actually do any uninstalling by itself.

I've gotta ask, why shouldn't we trust the "Windows Uninstaller"?

Does that mean I shouldn't trust Yast and Zypper on my OpenSUSE installs? They do the exact same thing.

Windows un-installer is pretty unreliable and leaves bits and pieces of the un-installed software in your storage device.

Yep I've been using Revo for years now.
Sometimes the CCleaner uninstaller for ones Revo doesn't list = usually small apps.
