what video formats does a Toshiba model 50L 1400U support

looking to place a Proshow gold video on this older Tv via usb port

TV manual says that the USB supports mp3, jpeg and can be used for firmware upgrade. I think Proshow will produce a video file so that won't work. It may work as a slideshow for jpegs.
