What would you choose? LG or Panasonic?

I'm getting a new lcd tv today and I'm really on the fence between the following two tvs:

Panasonic Viera, tc-l42u12, $749, 42'', 1080p,

LG, 42lh30, $699, 42'', 1080p

I will mostly be watching tv, comcast hd cable!

i agree on panasonic but do your research and you may also want to check out samsung

i own this .it is a beautiful tv , but my bluray is a panasonic....lol

The Panasonic (and as someone said, check out similar Samsung's). Some of the Toshiba REGZA models have very good picture quality.
