What's the correct way to update AMD Catalyst and MSI Afterburner?

Do I need to uninstall the old drivers, reboot, and install new stuffs?

or just install the new drivers over the old stuffs?

Generally you just run the install on the new software, and if it needs to uninstall the old first it will do it automatically.
