When are Ivy Bridge laptops going to be available?

I'm thinking about buying a new laptop because I need one very soon, but I heard that Ivy Bridge comes out very soon, is that true? Are laptops with the processor going to be available at the same time? Also, I heard that the ones they are releasing first are for high-end computers, and then in June they are releasing the mainstream ones, is this true? I can't pay too much so the high-end laptops aren't for me, and I can't really wait until June.

The quad cores are available right away. Dual core IB are the ones dropping in May/June.
