When I type a in search bar, it brings up help screen

When I type the letter a in a search bar it brings up a help screen. This happens weather I'm on google chrome or internet explorer. Also the "b" key shows the number 5. everything else on the keyboard is correct. Sticky keys is off. How can I change this?
