When kapersky is disabled so is internet

i got a rog full version of kapersky 2011 with my asus crosshair formula v and when i got to download a program it says it has a trojan (when it doesent) and it has blocked the download so i try to disable kapersky and it says that all internet connections will be terminated if i continue so i am in a catch 22 pretty much?. link to program http/www.mediafire.com/?z9hewjn0apuya80

It will not disable your internet. It will only disable Kaspersky's connection. About that file. It is a trojan. I wouldn't download it.
