Whenever I plug in my laptops power cord, it causes graphics flicker

Anyone know how to fix this issue? I plug in my power cord to my laptop, a Samsung Q40-11 and the graphics in StarCraft 2 instantly flicker, yet when the cord isn't plugged in its perfectly fine.

Is it a continuous flick while it's on AC power?
