Where can get new battery for HTC ONE

Got HTC ONE but the battery lasted only 7 months then it died like dead cockroach how much does new battery cost need one to get my photos back again bought it in 2013

Try using the usb cable to charge it while connected to a PC ... if it boots up enough to copy over your files then mission accomplished.
