Where can I download Powerpivot?

I need powerpivot for excel 2010, I have Windows 8 64 bits. Can someone please help me?

Do you mean PowerPoint? It, too, comes from Microsoft and is part of MS Office. Get it here (not free):

As far I know, there is no equivalent to Powerpivot on OpenOffice. Powerpivot is based on SQL server and gives powerful datamining and business intelligence features to Excel, far above the "simple" pivot tables.
