Where can i find a no sim phone?

I am looking to replace my current Element mobile phone and am looking for an unlocked one so I don't have to pay an early upgrade fee. I need a phone though that does NOT use a sim card. I have looked every where ( ebay, bing, google, amazon, random sites) for a no sim phone but the search results always come up with dual sim phones. Please help me find a no sim phone that is not super pricey!!!

EnriqueTH is correct; if you are on a GSM network you must have a SIM card to connect to the network. If you are on a CDMA network, such as Verizon or Sprint, you'll need to find phones branded by your carrier that will be compatible with their network.
