Where do I go for warranty work

I have a Kodak easy share. When we turn it on nothing can be seen through the view finder. We have only had it for 90 days as of today. It hasn't worked since right after we got it. Only just now got around to taking care of it. Is it too late.

The warranty that came with the camera should state the warranty period; usually 1 year. And it will also give you the address to contact for warranty work.
