Where is factory reset in recovery mode?

i have a chines tablet and when i hold down the power key + volume up , for about 5 seconds , chines recovery mode appears. (by holding volume up key + volume down key + power key noting happens) and there is no factory reset option there even in chines.

i need to reset factory because i forget the password .
