Where is the best place to get an ATI/AMD driver for a notebook GPU?

Hi,

Was wondering where you guys think is the best place for me to get a driver for my ATI 5730 notebook GPU.

Like for the AMD website. Should I get them from the notebook driver section, or from the desktop section.

I heard AMD does not really do much with their notebook drivers, and ASUS (the manufacturer of my laptop) has not updated it for about 1 year in half or maybe 2 years.

So would it be a bad idea to get a driver made for a desktop to use on a notebook GPU?

i JUST updated my grandmothers asus laptop and it works great.....i used the latest 11.6 drivers
