Where to buy a cheap 3-way crossover?

Would like to build a speaker from the the ground up but can't find a reasonably priced crossover.

Where can I buy a cheap or avg priced crossover? If I am not saying this right, please let me know.

Assuming you're talking about passive crossovers, check out parts express; you can get a passive 3-way model for under 20 bucks.
