WHERE TO BUY ??? Shipping A Laptop Out of Country. Need 208V Type C Input Plug for Charger.

Hey guys my question is right in the subject

I am buying a laptop here in the states and want to ship it out of country to a friend.
Problem is that where she lives they use 208V and type C outlets.
Where can I buy the input plugs for laptop transformers or is this something I would have to custom make ?

I've been googling and googling but can't find a source to buy 220 type C plug laptop chargers !

she should be able to but the power cord that goes between the outlet and the transformer in her home country and replace the one the laptop came with.

mmm possible but I'd hate to have her buy something since it is a gift to her. I was also thinking of just buying the plug and making my own modification to the charger but it'll look sloppy. Well thanks anyways for a reply ! I havn't bought the laptop yet but I suppose that is what I will do ? thank again !

Which country this will go to? 208VAC is popular voltage in East Asia (Taiwan, Singapore), is this where you go?
