tell me which out of the two is better in your opinion and why? i need answers within the next two days as i have to decide between the two

ill be using it for a lot of video/audio , with some liight use like web browsing, word documents etc.. i do like the bigger screen but ultimately i would just like to know that whichever one i choose, is the best quality laptop overall in terms of specs

which one would you guys choose out of the two, with the above mentioned uses kept in mind?

Overall about equal other than screen size, the 4200M is very slightly a better CPU, but if going to be running Win8 the touch screen on the Asus is very nice, I'd prob go the Asus for that and the better quality
