Which laptop is better out of these two?

Hi im looking to get a new laptop, i dont know alot about them so i was hoping someone here could help me. I will mostly use it for gaming (LoL, hopefully dark souls 3 and fallout 4 if it will run it) but will also use it for school stuff. These are the two im looking at as i cant afford an expensive gaming laptop right now, which one do you think is the better laptop? Thanks!

Of the two the Dell, better CPU, dedicated GPU so it won't be using system DRAM.
