Which laptop should I buy? Need help ASAP

My old asus eee just died so I need to buy a "new" laptop, I have quite good gaming desktop so I just need something to use on holiday and in school- will be used for programming, movies, web, perhaps some games.
So which of these and why do you think would be best?
Thinkpad x201 with i5 M520
Or
Thinkpad x230t with i3 3110M
Both are used and cost about 100$
Or should I buy more expensive (150$)
Thinkpad Edge E320 with i5 2430M and radeon GPU?
all have 4GB RAM and 320GB HDD.

well the $50 dollar more is well spend as u get a better processor and a dedicated gpu just incase u want to play some light games on the go.
