Which of these laptops is better

They are pretty close to being the same, the first one is a little faster but not by much. These are not Gaming oriented so they don't have intense GPU/CPU configurations so heat is not a issue also battery life is to be decent as well. What to expect from modern games, here is a rough tally it should be pretty close.

i7-4510U matched with a 740M

All Medium Preset with a FPS Average over 20 minutes of gameplay
