Which one between these 2 Asus notebooks please?

I'm split between getting one here in Canada in the next few days:

This one has a faster CPU but is it a quad CPU and is the keyboard back lighted?

Overall I prefer ASUS over Dell, based on past purchases.

But why? Does it have a better CPU(a quad)? Is the keyboard back lighted?

How about Acer? We got one in the family and it comes recommended over Asus and definetely over Dell; what do you think?

Is Acer Aspire V3-771G-6485 17.3-Inch a good choice for $700?
