Which one gpu is best?

the nvidia solution is slightly better and when i say slightly maybe 3-5% so i would say it comes down to cost.
if you can get the amd for 5%+ cheaper then thats the better bang for buck. but if you want gaming performance the 740m is the better option. but to be blunt neither of them are particularly good for 1080p gaming. so you will be running both at 720p upscaled to whatever size your screen is.

the 128 version of this gpu is much better but this is 64 bit version i don't know much that this gpu how much perform against 8670M
These both will be on 720p res
