The Intel Pentium N3540 is a Bay Trail generation Atom CPU. Atom CPUs are less complex CPUs than the Core series CPUs (Core i3/i5/i7) that are based on the Haswell or Broadwell generation CPUs. They also consume less power.

The Intel Pentium N3540 has the Intel HD (Bay Trail) graphics core; there is no model number for it. It is the weakest of all the Intel HD family graphic cores including the Sandy Bridge generation Intel HD graphics core released back in 2011. It can be a bit confusing.
