White Specs DSLR camera

So I've had a DSLR camera for a few months now (Canon EOS 1300D) and I recently did a shoot in the dark. When reviewing my photos, I realized there were some white specs on the image. I don't think they're dust as I've always kept my lens and camera facing down when changing lenses (I don't change them very much). Could they be stuck pixels? When I realized it I cleaned the lens and took a picture with the cap on and they're still visible. Is it stuck pixels? If so Is there anything I can do to fix it or should I just take it back to where I bought it? (I still have warranty)

ISO is at 400 so it's not noise.

use warranty, or at least discuss it with them, could be hot pixels, which can be accounted for, but shouldn't need to be.
