Is "hers" laptop the one you are playing on, the one you are streaming from, or the one you are watching on?

im not streaming Im Just trying watch streams

Core 2 Duo, with (probably) on-board graphics, is not that gread device for full-screen HD video.
Are you able to watch similar quality' videos from eg Youtube?
What about watching on another computer? At another place?

my gaming desktop obviously runs it fine, my samsung galaxy s3 also runs it super smoothly, I can watch youtube videos quite fine on this laptop tho, its juste the whole watching streams that is yikes.....also tried to watch it on ethernet cable hooked its not good ( twitch)
