Why can't i connect iPhone4 to Mail.com's service

Hello,
I bought a new iphone4, and I have followed previous advice/steps on connecting the iPhone to mail.com's servers, but It doesn't work on iPhone 4.
Please, Does anyone know how? why?

Need more information 1st. What mail account are you trying to connect to? What settings have you used so far? Are you receving/sending any mail on that account with the iphone?
