I am going to ask you guys why my is my Fraps lagging?

System Specs:
Intel Core I3 CPU 550 3.20 GHz
6.00 GB of RAM
4 processors all enabled
Overclocked
NVIDIA GEFORCE X640.

I get great Gameplay fps about 300 on Minecraft and Arma 3 capping 60 fps.

When you start recording or streaming media, it takes a serious toll on the CPU + Hard drive. Your CPU is an old and pretty slow CPU compared to all the new hardware out there. So to answer your question, your CPU isn't powerful enough to record fraps without taking a performance hit.

So I should upgrade to Intel I7 with 4.4 GHz?

That would obviously be the most ideal upgrade but it would cost you quite a bit. The 4790K goes for 350$~ and the non K model is a little cheaper. You'd need a new motherboard as well as a new RAM kit. I wouldn't recommend using that old RAM in a new setup with high end hardware to prevent any slowdowns or incompatibilities. I would also use a separate hard drive when recording since writing to the same hard drive can cause slowdowns and jerky gameplay.

And also I am trying to upgrade my PSU and I got an 450 PSU but doesn't fit my hardrive and disk drive.
I need two sata plugins like the one Here http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/400615491389?lpid=82 same one I have but I want to upgrade.

You don't necessarily need a 4790(K) for recording but if you're willing to spend a little more for future proofing, I see reason not to. I'd go with a 1TB drive for all of your recorded stuff on there. An SSD would be ideal for your OS and a couple games that you play alot.

In a best case scenario which doesn't included the new 6-8 Intel CPUs, your upgrade path would be :
- i7 4790(K)
- Z97 Motherboard (if overclocking, otherwise a H97 board)
- 8GB of GSkill RAM
- 1 TB drive for all of your footage
- SSD or standard HDD for your OS and games
- Better GPU if you need the horsepower

I did have a 1TB hard drive and the fucking BSOD came up and it deleted my partitions so I took it in to get it repaired and he put it down to 325 GB which is shitty.

The i3 will have better performance over a Pentium 4 and the Pentium 4 is quite an outdated chip (2000s).
The i3s are usually dual cores with hyper threading making it have 4 threads.
