Why my Sam lcd is working with usb to play movie

My Samsung series 4 LCD is brought from Bangkok. when we insert uSb only songs and snaps were played. it is not working with movies. why

Did you check the manual for supported file types it plays? Quite a few TVs only support pictures and music off USB sticks not video, and those that do support video may not support the format you are trying to play.
