Why won't youtube let me upload my videos?

I went to upload a video from my iphone 4 that I also filmed on my iphone four and it was about 8-9 minutes long. So I went to camera pressed the send to youtube and made my title and everything. Well it said uploading once it said one second a thing popped up saying could not upload "What to do? Bored/Lazy Days" that's the name of my video and my only option was close? Why won't it let me upload? I have IOS7 btw

if it let you upload it takes forever to get it on your channel. no offense with my Galaxy s4 i started upload it was so so slow and i canceled .different story if you paste the video in to pc .been there done that.

Take out the "/" from the title and try it again
