WiFi authentication problem

Just bought 3 nextbook tablets from walmart for my kids for Christmas. 1 of them keep saying authentication problem even after I have repeatedly entered correct password. I have also reset my router and still nothing.

If you turn off your wireless security settings, can the one tablet connect to the network? Honestly, it sounds like you have one dud that should be exchanged.

Try going into wifi settings
Click on Advanced
Click on WPS push button/
Then link with router by pushing on the WPS button on wireless router
Once linked your WiFi should authenticate
