Discussion Wifi issue lenovo IdeaPad 320

When I connect to the wifi it shows I have internet access and the wifi works on my phone, but when I open any browser and try to use it it says no internet access and when I run the troubleshooter it says can't identify problem. I don't know what to do has someone maybe had similar issues?

You say it won't work with the browser but that the WiFi works. So other than it saying the WiFi is on, how are you ascertaining that it is actually working on the phone? Do any of your apps, other than the browser, connect to the internet correctly? Or are you using assuming it is working due to it saying there is a WiFi connection?

I have a Lenovo 330. Sometimes disabling and then enabling the network card completely fixes all WiFi connectivity issues. I suggest you try that
