does anyone could help answer my question urgently ..if dell xps m1330 could work 3d max and autocad? it has a graphic card of Nvidia GeForce 8400M GS

Please see my reply in your other thread. It *can* work but will be very slow. If you start rendering a larger project, better be ready to take a nap while you wait.

I don't know anybody with the same Laptop, but I have worked with those software's with out a GPU on a desktop with 4GB RAM and P4 CPU. So I think it will work on that Laptop even better.
