Will Kingston HyperX Cloud Headphones work with my motherboard?

Hello, I've got a quick question about whether these headphones will work with my motherboard or not. I Skype and play videogames with friends almost daily, and the turtle beach headphones I've been using quit working. I decided it was time to get a new pair of headphones, and I didn't want to buy another cheap Turtle Beach pair. Everywhere I've looked has told me to get the Kingston HyperX Cloud headset. (http/www.amazon.com/HyperX-Cloud-Gaming-Headset-KHX-H3CL/dp/B00JJNQG98/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1422199593&sr=8-1&keywords=kingston+hyperx+cloud) Most reviews say you need to get an amp to use these, but will they work with my EVGA nForce 750i SLI mobo from 2008? If not, are there any other headsets you would recommend in the ~$80 range? Thanks a ton!

Obviously, they will work. They just might not have the volume and bass the 50+mm drivers can produce. I have this soundcard and using the amp and settings, I can use my headphones as speakers(sitting on my desk) for watching videos
