Will this charger work with my Lenovo Y510p?

I believe that my laptop charger has died. I've tested it with my multi meter and it showed 0v. I've looked on amazon and found 2 chargers one that says it supports my laptop(and the Y510) and another that says it only supports the Y510.

Is there any difference between the Y510 and the Y510p? The only difference between the 2 chargers is 0.5v. Does the y510p have internal voltage regulation? Will it make much difference to my system if I use a charger that is 0.5v higher than intended.

I would recommend you call lenovo for a new charger but .5v wont make a difference maybe just degrade the battery
