I mostly want to play tomb raider and battlefield 4

With a 1366x768 resolution screen you should be able to BF4 at medium settings.

Tomb Raider is pretty easy on system requirements. It's a good game, but there is no replay value. I played it, collected all the collectables as I was going through the linear storyline, then after getting off the island I uninstalled the game. I'm not into MMOs so I didn't even bother playing multiplayer. Good thing I got the game for free.

Would it be better to get a better processor and get the Intel HD Graphics 4600...this is the laptop I'm talking about
http://bit.ly/1bPwHEA
Or is it better to stick with the other Laptop

The quad core Intel CPU is certainly better than the quad core AMD CPU. At the same clockspeed the Intel i7 would be around 30% more powerful. However, the Intel HD 4600 is significantly weaker than the Radeon HD 8750m so you will have much less game performance. The Radeon HD 8550m is a bit faster than the Intel HD 4600.

To use nVidia as a benchmark, the Intel HD 4600 is slightly faster than the GT 710m. The Radeon HD 8750m would be equal to the GT 735m.

Yes, I bought this CPU actually with less upgrading a and I run bf4 at 60 Fps low so with your advanced processor and graphics card and ram you should be able to play with medium setting or even higher to get 60 Fps have fun!
