Win XP /new HDD

Hello,
I want to fit a new hard drive in my Laptop, how do I transfer all my files and Win XP? Help?
Oh I have an 150GM external Hard drive.

You can use a hard-drive imaging program (such as Acronis). There are free versions. But you'll have to have a method to connect both hard drives to your laptop at the same time (might require an external enclosure).
