Windows 10 laptop problem

I must've downloaded a virus, my computer was acting weird and I tried all kinds of things to fix it and they were not working! I turned it off for the night! I went to go to login to try to mess with it again in the morning and it would not let me login, and it is all freezy and it is being stupid! When I try to login it is says "The User Profile Service failed to sign-in, User profile cannot be loaded".

Log in with your admin profile and delete & recreate the corrupt profile.
