Windows 10 Screen recording: No audio captured at all

This was not a problem a few weeks ago, so it must be some setting/update etc. Using both XBox DVR and Fraps, I have enabled "Stereo Mix" and tried using that as the default device, even tried recording microphone input, but there is just no sound, no matter what.

Just FYI, I use ASIO4All and a USB audio interface (for guitar), but none of that is connected/enabled during testing. Restarted PC multiple times too. Confirmed missing audio by analysing video via Reaper - audio line is flat.
