Windows 10 Stuck On Boot After New Install

Hello,
I had the all too common 100% disk usage problem with all the fun that comes with on my ASUS K53SV Laptop. After a lot of web browsing and doing everything from disabling prefetch to editing the registry, nothing worked and so I decided to clean install Windows 10 from a USB. I deleted all my partitions and installed windows 10 but every time it finished installing, it would attempt to restart and just get stuck on the Windows 10 blue logo and the spinning white dots. I waited hours, I restarted multiple times, I reinstalled windows 10 multiple times but nothing has worked. Please help me out with this issue because this is such a pain.

When installing Win10 from a USB pen drive, you have to remove the USB drive before the PC reboots (ie at the first automatic restart).

Are you doing that?

I am, now it gets to the "connect to network" part but when it connects to my wifi it gets stuck at the "Just a moment" screen and eventually restarts and repeats the process.

Okay, I just wanted confirmation that you were installing from USB in the proper manner, which you are.
