windows 7 cannot start black screen

HI!
My HP notebook fails to start windows (black screen).Now i have 2 video cards the (amd 6770m and the intel one),in the past we did manage to fix the problem by formatting and removing the amd card driver.
Now i did format the notebook, but i dont know how to delete/disable the graphic driver card...can you please help me.

Have you tried to remove all vid drivers use this..
