Playing internet radio stations with windows 7 media player using D-Link audio extender.
How can I play internet radio stations with windows 7 media player?
I have a wi-fi setup and can hear the music that is in media player as a demo, on the speakers connected to the D-Link extender but when I connect to a internet radio station I can not hear anything through them.
When I try to select "play to" in media player I get " no media items are currently in your list." I see the station that is playing and it plays on the computer speakers but not on the D-Link speakers. What am I missing here? Thanks for any help in advance

I found an answer for this. "Jamcast " is a program that works with just about any media players.
I downloaded it and set it up and everything works great. It has a free 14 day trial and the cost is very good and for life. It works great with the D-Link wifi extender.
